Données

• Are there any data retention policies in case of Insights? Yes, for more information on Insights data retention, check the Data retention policy section.
• How often is the data refreshed? Data is refreshed every 24 hours.
• Is historical consumption data available in the dashboard? Data is only available following the release of the dashboard (July 2024), while the dashboard is still in public preview. If you need historical data, contact the UiPath Support team.
• Is the data available in the dashboard specific to a region? Yes, data displayed in the dashboard is limited to information from the same region as that of the organization. Make sure that the tenant consuming AI units is in the same region as the dashboard.

• What allocated AI units are included in the dashboard? The dashboard displays consumption data from one of the following:
  • AI Units allouées au niveau du locataire.
  • Les AI Units allouées au niveau de l’organisation. Cela s’applique uniquement si aucune IA Unit n’est allouée au locataire, mais qu’un locataire est associé à l’événement de consommation. Résolution des problèmes

Le nom de l’automatisation s’affiche sous la forme Inconnu ou N/A.

Si la valeur s’affiche sous la forme Inconnu, cela signifie qu’il n’existe aucune donnée correspondante.

Le tableau suivant offre des recommandations pour interpréter les données inconnues :

Activité ou version du robot incompatible	Unknown data points are due to a version mismatch between the Robot and the activity pack. To address the issue, upgrade your Robot and activity pack to a supported version .
Consommation RPA non prise en charge	Des points de données inconnus peuvent être causés par les facteurs suivants : Le locataire utilise des AI Units provenant d’une région différente de celle du tableau de bord. Pour obtenir des rapports précis, veillez à ce que le locataire qui utilise les AI Units soit situé dans la même région que le tableau de bord. Échec d’automatisation ; notez qu’Insights ne stocke pas les données sur les tâches qui ont échoué. L’automatisation est suspendue ; une fois mise en pause, la collecte des données s’arrête également. Lorsque l’automatisation reprend et s’achève, les données sont ensuite communiquées.
Au niveau de l'organisation	Cela fait référence aux activités de Studio qui utilisent des points de terminaison publics. Les exemples incluent l'extracteur de formulaires et le classifieur de mots-clés intelligent.
Consommation d'API	Représente la consommation des API REST Communications Mining ou Document Understanding.
Autres	Les points de données inconnus sont dus à une combinaison de consommation RPA non prise en charge et d'utilisation provenant d'activités d'IA générative.

Une valeur qui s’affiche sous la forme N/A indique qu’elle n’est pas applicable, car l’opération a été effectuée en dehors d’un dossier d’automatisation ou d’un dossier Orchestrator.

Les données du tableau de bord sont différentes des données disponibles dans l’onglet Consommables

Data displayed in the Automation Cloud™ Consumables tab is displayed in real time, and also contains organization consumption.

Les données disponibles dans le tableau de bord présentent un délai de 24 heures et contiennent également la consommation au niveau du locataire.

Le nom du locataire par défaut s’affiche sous Inconnu

The default name of the tenant may be displayed as Unknown in the following scenarios:

• Si le locataire a été créé alors que l'organisation était sur le plan Community, mais qu'il a ensuite été déplacé vers le plan Enterprise.
• Si les données concernent une région différente de celle de l'organisation.
• Si les données de consommation concernent des transactions manquantes, telles que celles sans ID de tâche.

Les indicateurs de mes compétences ML sont incomplets

Les AI Units consommées par les compétences ML AI Center, qui sont basées sur des packages prédéfinis antérieurs à la version 22.10, ne s’affichent pas dans le tableau de bord. Seules les AI Units consommées pour l’infrastructure sont affichées. Les AI Units utilisées pour exécuter des compétences ne sont pas suivies et ne s’affichent donc pas dans le tableau de bord.

Veillez à redéployer des compétences ML plus anciennes pour qu’elles soient incluses dans le tableau de bord.

Remarque :

Upgrading the ML packages version also implies retraining for retrainable models.

Données manquantes dans le tableau de bord

L’absence de données dans votre tableau de bord peut être dû à l’un des facteurs suivants :

• Workflows suspendus, signalant la consommation uniquement une fois terminés.
• La consommation au niveau de l’organisation, notamment l’utilisation de clés API comme méthode d’authentification dans les workflows IntelligentOCR, ne s’affiche pas au niveau du locataire.

La valeur du dossier Orchestrator s’affiche sous la forme Inconnu ou N/A

If the value for Orchestrator folder is displayed as Unknown, it means that there is no related data. This could result from using an outdated Robot or activity package version, or if API Keys were used to access public endpoints, such as du.uipath.com/invoices.

Remarque :

Veillez à utiliser les dernières versions du robot UiPath et des packages d’activités.

The value is displayed as Unknown also in the case of suspended jobs. In this case, the entry is populated after the job resumes and the automation execution finishes.

If the value is displayed as N/A, this indicates that it's not applicable because the operation was carried out outside of an Orchestrator folder.
