Process data

Introduction

The Process data dashboard enables you to analyze Cases and/or Events on the lowest level.

Note:

Depending on the app template, Cases can be called differently, for example, Purchase order items, or Incidents.

Follow these steps to display the Process data dashboard.

  1. Select Process data in the menu on the left of the dashboard.

The Process data dashboard is displayed.

Cases

The Cases tab displays a list of all cases, within a selected period, and their properties. It provides detailed information on the case level. Each row represents a case. See the illustration below.



Note:

The Case ID column cannot be hidden.

Selecting Display Columns

Follow these steps to change the visible columns.

  1. Click on docs image Columns to display the list of columns.
  2. Select the columns you want to display in the selected Process data dashboard.
Note: the Case ID, Activity, and Event end columns cannot be hidden.

Event log

The Event log tab displays a list of all events, within a selected period, and their properties. It provides detailed information on the event level. Each row represents an event. See the illustration below.



Note:

The Case ID, Activity, and Event end columns cannot be hidden.

You can click on the icon to go back to the original dashboard.

Viewing Case details

The Details icon in front of a row enables you to view the details of a selected case. See the illustration below for an example.



The KPIs displayed on top of the Case details page are the same as the columns selected in the parent Process data page.
