データ消費の概要

データ消費とは

Once you validate the extracted data, you can use it as it is or export it as a DataSet variable using the Export Extraction Results activity.

この変数は後から DataTable 形式で保存し、必要な環境にエクスポートして使用できます。

データ消費を使用すべき場合

たとえば、値を Excel ファイルに簡単に変換し、キュー内のデータをさらに処理してから、Enterprise リソース プランニング ツールにデータを入力することができます。

データ消費コンポーネントの使用方法

こうしたことを考慮したうえで、[抽出結果をエクスポート] アクティビティは以下とともに使用できます。

• Automatic extraction results output of the Data Extraction Scope - for RPA-based validation purposes, this is an excellent alternative of accessing the extracted data.
  注:

  [信頼度を含む] フラグを必ずTrue に設定してください。

• Confirmed extraction results output of the Present Validation Station - for downstream usage purposes, this is a straightforward means of accessing the actual values extracted through the Document Understanding^TM framework.
