Le formulaire Acord 125, connu sous le nom de Demande d’assurance commerciale, est utilisé pour enregistrer des informations générales sur le client, notamment l’emplacement et les coordonnées de l’entreprise, la description de l’entreprise, l’assurance précédente et l’historique des pertes.

This Document Understanding^TM skill can process ACORD125 forms from 2011 to 2016 and extracts information about the applicant, insurance policy, and other parties involved in the process (up to 68 fields plus items).

Particularités

Le modèle détecte automatiquement des données telles que :

• Nom de l’agence, adresse, contact, ID client,
• Nom de l’opérateur, numéro de police,
• Informations sur le demandeur : nom de l’assuré, adresse postale, type d’organisation, GL, SIC, NAICS, FEIN,
• Informations sur les locaux : rue, ville, code postal, intérêt,
• Informations sur l’assureur précédent : année, assureur, numéro de police, montant de la prime, date d’effet et d’expiration,
