Daten

• Are there any data retention policies in case of Insights? Yes, for more information on Insights data retention, check the Data retention policy section.
• How often is the data refreshed? Data is refreshed every 24 hours.
• Is historical consumption data available in the dashboard? Data is only available following the release of the dashboard (July 2024), while the dashboard is still in public preview. If you need historical data, contact the UiPath Support team.
• Is the data available in the dashboard specific to a region? Yes, data displayed in the dashboard is limited to information from the same region as that of the organization. Make sure that the tenant consuming AI units is in the same region as the dashboard.

• What allocated AI units are included in the dashboard? The dashboard displays consumption data from one of the following:
  • AI Units auf Mandantenebene zugeordnet.

Fehlersuche und ‑behebung

Der Automatisierungsname wird als Unbekannt oder N/A angezeigt.

Wenn der Wert als Unbekannt angezeigt wird, bedeutet dies, dass keine Daten dafür vorhanden sind.

Nicht unterstützter RPA-Verbrauch	Unbekannte Datenpunkte können durch folgende Faktoren verursacht werden: Der Mandant verwendet AI Units aus einer anderen Region als der des Dashboards. Wenn der Wert als N/A angezeigt wird, bedeutet dies, dass er nicht gilt, da der Vorgang außerhalb einer Automatisierung oder eines Orchestrator-Ordners durchgeführt wurde.

Auf dem Dashboard angezeigte Daten unterscheiden sich von den auf der Registerkarte Verbrauchseinheiten verfügbaren Daten

Data displayed in the Automation Cloud™ Consumables tab is displayed in real time, and also contains organization consumption.

Die auf dem Dashboard verfügbaren Daten werden mit 24 Stunden Verspätung angezeigt und enthalten auch den Verbrauch auf Mandantenebene.

Der Standardname des Mandanten wird als Unbekannt angezeigt.

The default name of the tenant may be displayed as Unknown in the following scenarios:

• Wenn der Mandant erstellt wurde, während die Organisation den Community-Plan nutzte, dann aber in den Enterprise-Plan verschoben wurde.
• Wenn Daten zu einer anderen Region als der der Organisation gehören.
• Wenn Verbrauchsdaten zu fehlenden Transaktionen gehören, z. B. welche ohne Auftrags-ID.

Kennzahlen für meine ML-Fähigkeiten sind nicht vollständig

Von den auf vorgefertigten Paketen vor Version 22.10 basierenden ML-Fähigkeiten von AI Center verbrauchte AI Units werden auf dem Dashboard nicht angezeigt. Nur die für die Infrastruktur verbrauchten AI Units werden angezeigt. AI Units für den Aufruf von Fähigkeiten werden nicht verfolgt und daher auf dem Dashboard nicht angezeigt.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie ältere ML-Fähigkeiten erneut bereitstellen, sodass sie auf dem Dashboard enthalten sind.

Upgrading the ML packages version also implies retraining for retrainable models.

Auf dem Dashboard fehlende Daten

Wenn Daten auf Ihrem Dashboard fehlen, kann dies auf eine der folgenden Ursachen zurückzuführen sein:

• Angehaltene Workflows melden den Verbrauch erst nach deren Abschluss.
• Der Verbrauch auf Organisationsebene, wie die Verwendung von API-Schlüsseln als Authentifizierungsmethode in den IntelligentOCR-Workflows, wird auf Mandantenebene nicht angezeigt.

Der Orchestrator-Ordnerwert wird als Unbekannt oder N/A angezeigt.

If the value for Orchestrator folder is displayed as Unknown, it means that there is no related data. This could result from using an outdated Robot or activity package version, or if API Keys were used to access public endpoints, such as du.uipath.com/invoices.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die neuesten Versionen von UiPath Roboter und Aktivitätspakete verwenden.

The value is displayed as Unknown also in the case of suspended jobs. In this case, the entry is populated after the job resumes and the automation execution finishes.

If the value is displayed as N/A, this indicates that it's not applicable because the operation was carried out outside of an Orchestrator folder.
