Aktivieren von Document Understanding™

Document Understanding^TM is a service within Automation Cloud^TM. All Document Understanding users need to have an account in Automation Cloud.

Um Document Understanding zu verwenden, müssen Sie es auf einem bestimmten Cloudmandanten aktivieren.

Hinweis:

If you are using classic projects or projects based on AI Center, you need to enable AI Center on your tenant as well.

Um Document Understanding für Ihren Mandanten zu aktivieren, führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus:

1. Öffnen Sie die Automation Cloud.
2. Go to the Admin menu.
3. Wählen Sie den Mandanten aus, bei dem Sie Document Understanding aktivieren möchten.
4. Wechseln Sie zu Dienste.
5. Wählen Sie das Drei-Punkte-Symbol „⋮“ auf den Document Understanding- und AI Center-Karten und dann Aktivieren aus, um beide Dienste zu aktivieren.
   Hinweis:

   To gain access to AI Center, you need to change your licensing plan to Enterprise Trial or Enterprise. For more information, check the AI Center user guide.

Ein neues Projekt erstellen

Before creating a new project, familiarize yourself with Document Understanding by going through this short tutorial.

Ein neues Projekt mit Document Understanding erstellen

1. Öffnen Sie Document Understanding.

2. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Neues Projekt.

3. Füllen Sie die erforderlichen Felder aus und klicken Sie auf Erstellen. Sie haben jetzt ein neues Projekt, das nur in Document Understanding verfügbar ist.

4. Öffnen Sie das neu erstellte Projekt, klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Neu und wählen Sie Verwenden von halbstrukturierter KI aus. Ein Popup wird geöffnet, in dem Sie aufgefordert werden, das Projekt mit dem AI Center zu verknüpfen.

5. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Bestätigen, um dasselbe Projekt im AI Center zu erstellen. Nach der Bestätigung erhält Ihr Projekt aus Document Understanding neben seinem Namen das Projektsymbol Verknüpft mit AI Center-Projekt.

   

Neuen Dokumenttyp erstellen

Once you have created your project, you can start creating new document types, according to your project needs. Here are the steps you need to follow for creating a new document type:

1. Öffnen Sie Ihr Projekt und klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Neues Projekt.
2. Choose the document type, Using Forms AI (fixed layout forms) or Using Semi-Structured AI. For this example we are using the Semi-Structured AI document type.
3. Import your data by following these instructions.
