Description

Creates a new user account in Azure Active Directory.

Configuration

Common
  • DisplayName - The display name of the activity.
Identity
  • FirstName - Establishes the first name of the user. This field supports only strings and String variables.
  • LastName - Establishes the last name of the user. This field supports only strings and String variables.
  • Name - Establishes the display name of the user. This field supports only strings and String variables.
  • UserPrincipalName - Establishes the principal name of the user. This field supports only strings and String variables.
Input
  • Enabled - Specifies if the user's account is enabled after creation. The default value is True.
  • MailNickname - Specifies the mail alias of the user. This field supports only strings and String variables.
Job Info
  • Department - Establishes to what department does the user belongs to.
  • JobTitle - Establishes the job title of the user.
Misc
  • Private - If selected, the values of variables and arguments are no longer logged at Verbose level.
Output
  • User - Provides details about the newly created user.
Password
  • ForcePasswordChangeNextLogin - Specifies if the change password action should be forced on the next login. The default value is False.
  • ForcePasswordChangeNextLoginMfa - Specifies if a multi-factor authentication (MFA) should be done before the change password action that was forced on the next login. The default value is False.
  • InitialPassword - Specifies the initial password of the user.

This activity requires one of the following permissions to be set:

  • Delegated - User.ReadWrite.All, Directory.ReadWrite.All, Directory.AccessAsUser.All
  • Application - User.ReadWrite.All, Directory.ReadWrite.All
