The purpose of this Troubleshooting page is to serve as a knowledge base for common problems faced or questions asked when using UiPath® Process Mining. It does not provide a complete list of all problems you may encounter, but is intended to provide guidance with the most common issues. If you encounter any issues that are not covered here, feel free to reach out to UiPath® Technical Support.

Message: The HTTP status code of the response was not expected (500)

可能的原因

Kerberos 设置用于登录 Automation Suite，Kerberos 设置不用于 SQL 身份验证。 enableSqlIntegratedAuth配置标志决定是否将集成 SQL 身份验证设置用于 SQL 身份验证。 如果enableSqlIntegratedAuth配置标志设置为true ，这意味着不将 Kerberos 设置用于身份验证。 要解决此问题， enableSqlIntegratedAuth配置标志必须设置为false ，这将禁用集成 SQL 身份验证并确保使用 Kerberos 设置进行身份验证。

可能的解决方案

1. 在 ArgoCD 体验中，在搜索栏中输入Airflow ，然后打开卡。

2. 选择“应用程序详细信息”，然后转到“详细信息”选项卡。

使用 .csv 上传数据时 或 .tsv 文件时，可能会出现以下错误消息：

可能的原因

HTTPS 证书不正确或缺失。

解决方案

BLOB 存储使用的 HTTPS 证书必须在浏览器中有效。 检查错误，并确保获取相应的证书。

1. 转到 Process Mining 门户，然后按 F12 打开 Developer 工具。

检查“ 控制台 ” 和 “网络” 选项卡中是否存在 ERR: CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID 错误。 这表示 HTTPS 证书的信任存在错误。 有关示例，请参见下图。

2. 联系您的 IT 部门以安装错误中列出的颁发机构的证书链，并将其添加到操作系统中的受信任证书存储中，供所有将使用系统的用户使用。 例如， pmcprddatawesa.blob.core.windows.net。

Message: utf-8 codec can't decode byte <byte> in position <position>: Invalid start byte

提取日志中将显示以下消息。

可能的原因

您上传的一个或多个输入文件包含意外的编码。

解决方案

Set the encoding to UTF-8 and set CR/LF end of line characters (Windows style).

您可以在文件编辑器中更改这些设置。 例如，在 Notepad++ 中。

1. 在 Notepad++ 中打开数据源文件。

2. 转到“ 编辑”->“EOL 转换 ”，然后选择“ Windows CR LF”。

3. 转到“ 编码 ”，然后选择“ 转换为 UTF-8”。

4. 保存文件。

连接错误: 与主机 <host>、端口 <port> 的 TCP/IP 连接失败。

在 CData Sync 中设置 SQL Server 目标连接时，将显示以下消息。

可能的原因

CData Sync 连接到 SQL Server 时出现问题。

解决方案

• 打开 SQL Server 配置管理器。

• Check the TCP Port number.

• 检查端口的 TCP/IP 是否设置为“已 启用 ”。 有关示例，请参见下图。
