描述

将 Word 文档中某文本的所有出现位置替换为指定文本。此活动必须添加到“使用 Word 文件”活动中。

配置活动

设计器面板

• Search for - The text to be replaced (must not exceed 256 characters). Select Plus on the right side of the field, and then, from the menu, choose one of the available options to indicate the text:

  • 项目笔记本、父级 Excel 文件或 Outlook 帐户中的数据。例如，选择一个 Excel 文件，然后选择一个包含该文本的单元格，或指定 Outlook 中所选电子邮件中包含该文本的字段。
  • Use Saved Value - Select a value that you previously saved for later use in the project.
  • 文本 - 在文本生成器中输入文本。
  • 运行时询问 - 执行项目时提示输入文本。
  • Open in Advanced Editor - Enter a VB expression.

• 显示名称 -“设计器”面板中活动的显示名称。

• 请在活动正文中查看选项 。

其他

• 私有 - 选中后将不再以“Verbose”级别记录变量和参数的值。

结果

• 已找到- 如果在文档中找到文本，则此布尔值为 TRUE；如果未找到文本，则为 FALSE。您可以保存值以供以后在项目中使用。
