打开现有 Google 电子表格或创建新的 Google 电子表格以在自动化中使用。添加此活动后，请在“使用 Google 电子表格”中添加使用电子表格数据的活动。如果使用现有文件，则在配置其中添加的活动时，可以直接从“加号”菜单中选择数据，例如命名范围或工作表。

使用 Google 电子表格与以下活动兼容：添加新工作表、批量电子表格更新、清除范围、复制工作表、删除范围、删除工作表、下载电子表格、读取单元格、读取范围、重命名工作表、写入单元格、写入范围。从 v1.12.0 开始，它还兼容“附加行”、“获取单元格颜色”、“获取工作表”、“读取列”和“读取行”。

配置

设计器面板

• “帐户” - 选择要使用的帐户。
• “操作”- 选择是否要使用现有文件或创建新文件：
  • “使用现有文件”- 选择现有文件。
  • “新建”- 在指定文件夹中创建具有指定名称的新文件。
  • “如果不存在，则进行创建”- 如果在指定的文件夹中找到指定的名称，则使用现有文件；如果未找到文件，则创建一个新文件。如果找到多个具有指定名称的文件，则会发生错误。
• 指定要使用的文件：
  • Browse - Select Browse to select the file (for Use Existing) or the folder where to create the file (for Create new and Create if not exists).
  • Enter id - Select Plus and use one of the options in the menu to specify the ID of the file to use (for Use Existing) or of the folder where to create the file (for Create new and Create if not exists). For example, if you saved the file ID for later use in a G Drive activity earlier in the automation, select the saved value.
  • File name - For Create new and Create if not exists, select Plus and use one of the options in the menu to specify the name of the file.
• “引用为”- 输入在自动化项目中引用文件时使用的名称。默认值为 Spreadsheet。

选择帐户

指定要使用的帐户的方式取决于是否在属性面板中选择了使用连接选项。选择该选项后，表示由 Automation Cloud 中的Integration Service管理连接。如果未选中，则表示您正在使用在 Google Cloud 中设置的应用程序进行连接。

使用 Integration Service 时

添加新帐户或使用已添加到“Integration Service”的帐户连接。

• 如果连接尚不存在，请从下拉菜单中选择“添加新帐户”以添加新的帐户连接。系统将打开一个浏览器窗口，提示您选择要使用的帐户并向 UiPath 授予所需的权限。该连接在 Integration Service 中创建，并标记为默认连接。
• If existing account connections have already been added, they are automatically detected and displayed in the menu. To add multiple accounts, select the drop-down menu and select Add new account to add another account connection.

不使用 Integration Service 时

添加新帐户或从“使用 Google 电子表格”活动中选择已添加的帐户。

• 如果您选择添加新帐户，并且在 Orchestrator 中添加了 G Suite 客户端 ID 和密码，则系统会提示您登录 Google 帐户。
• 如果您选择添加新帐户，但未在 Orchestrator 中添加 G Suite 客户端 ID 和密码，则系统将打开“添加 Gmail 帐户”对话框以帮助您添加帐户：
  • “身份验证类型”- 选择“默认”以使用 UiPath 客户端 ID 和密码，或选择“我的 ID/密码”以在提供的字段中输入您组织的客户端 ID 和客户端密码。
  • Select OK to sign in to your Google account.

属性面板

常见

• 出错时继续- 设置此选项后，系统会在当前活动失败时执行其余活动。该字段仅支持“布尔值”。
• 显示名称- 设计器面板中活动的显示名称此属性支持 String 变量和字符串格式的值。
• 超时- 生成错误之前等待浏览器身份验证过程完成的秒数。默认值为 90 秒。此属性支持Int32变量和 Int32 格式的值。

输入

• 文件名- 要创建的文件的名称。此属性支持 String 变量和字符串格式的值。
• 电子表格文件- 要打开的现有文件。此属性支持 String 变量和字符串格式的值。

Integration Service

• 使用连接 - 选中后，Automation Cloud 中的 Integration Service 将管理连接。该字段仅支持“布尔值”。

其他

• “私有”- 如果选中，则 StudioX 不会记录活动中使用的数据。 该字段仅支持“布尔值”。

OAuth 客户端 ID

• “客户端 ID”- 只读，在添加帐户时设置。
• “客户端密码”- 只读，在添加帐户时设置。
• “Google 帐户”- 只读，在添加帐户时设置。

输出

• “文件 ID”- 活动打开或创建的文件的 ID。
