Provide our services
Depending on the functionalities you use, such as process simulation, process discovery, process analytics (using charts, filters, compare, root cause analysis) or process compliance ( conformance checking), we process certain types of data such as files, process steps, timestamp, case ID, roles, in order to provide you these capabilities. More information regarding the functioning of Process Mining, the features and types of data processed can be found in the Process Mining user guide.
We process telemetry data such as usage data, services latency, traffic peaks, variants length, variant numbers, as well as user and account identifiers like account ids, tenant ids, or user e-mail addresses to make sure that our platforms operate smoothly and to optimize the user experience based on the feedback and usage patterns we observe. We use data analytics to measure and evaluate the performance of our services.
We process account information such as username, password etc. in order to provide you with access to the services and to secure your account.
We may process data that you send to us for support or as necessary for troubleshooting issues, in accordance with our Support terms.
Data is stored when using this product as selected by you and in accordance with our Data Residency page, available in the Automation Cloud admin guide.
Process Mining has some features which rely on integrations with third party Generative AI services. All such integrations go through the UiPath Trust Layer. This component ensures that all integrations comply with the same high level of security and compliance, and that no data is persisted by any third parties for any reason.
