Use of customer data with Automation Ops

Purposes

We process the information used with our services for the following purposes:

Provide our services

We process information about UiPath automation projects to provide the service of improving the user experience in Source Control, such as project name, project description, as described Automation Ops - Introduction.

We process telemetry data such as usage data to make sure that our platforms operate smoothly and to optimize the user experience based on the feedback and usage patterns we observe.

We use data analytics to measure and evaluate the performance of our services, as well as to improve the functionalities.

We process account information such as cloud ID, username, password in accordance with Automation Cloud policies in order to provide you with access to the services and to secure your account.

We may process data that you send to us for support or as necessary for troubleshooting issues, in accordance with our Support terms.

Data storage

Data is stored when using this product as selected by you and in accordance with our Data Residency page, available in the Automation Cloud admin guide.

Safeguards

We employ the following safeguards in achieving the previously described purposes:

• Product data is deleted together with customer data at contract termination upon request.
• Data is encrypted.
• The customer can delete, modify the data used with the product through in-product means, by contract termination, or by specific request.
