You can find out more about the activities which can be integrated and the type of data input required by accessing IT Automation Activities.

Example: if you want to integrate the Active Directory activity for identity management, we process the name, the username, the password, and other relevant information in order for the activity to work.

The official activity packages in scope are as follows:

  • Azure Active Directory
  • Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Amazon Web Services
  • Amazon Web Services Workspaces
  • Google Cloud Platform
  • Active Directory
  • NetIQ eDirectory

  • VMware (both 1x and 2x versions)

We process telemetry data, such as data around which activities are used, to make sure that our platforms operate smoothly and to provide a better user experience based on the feedback and usage patterns we observe.

We use data analytics to measure and evaluate the performance of our services. We may process data that you send to us for support or as necessary for troubleshooting issues, in accordance with our Support terms.
