(プレビュー) Document Understanding ダッシュボード

前提条件

Insights ダッシュボードを使用する前に、以下の条件を満たしていることを確認してください。

• お使いのテナントで Document Understanding™ サービスと Insights サービスが有効化されている。
  注:

  Insights dashboards are only available for Document Understanding and Insights on Automation Cloud™.

• Studio v2022.10 以降を使用している。
• You enabled in Studio the option for checking the telemetry data by going to Settings -> General → Telemetry → Send anonymous usage data.
• ロボットがテレメトリ データを送信するように設定している。
• ワークフローで使用するアクティビティ パッケージは、次のいずれかのバージョンである必要があります。
  • UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities v6.6.0 以上
  • UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.ML.Activities v1.17.0 以上
  • UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.Activities v2.2.1 以降

概要

Document Understanding ダッシュボードでは、Document Understanding プロジェクトに関するメトリックやグラフが可視化されます。

これらのメトリックを生成すると、すべての Document Understanding プロジェクトが処理されます。

Insights のダッシュボードを絞り込む

ダッシュボードを絞り込む方法は複数あります。利用可能なオプションについて正確に、より深く理解するため、すべてのオプションについて見てみましょう。

Document Understanding™ のダッシュボードを絞り込む

ダッシュボードに表示されるデータをフィルター処理するには、いくつかのオプションを使用できます。

• 期間
• ドキュメントあたりに費やされた秒数
• 情報を再読み込み
• フィルターの表示/非表示を切り替え
• キャッシュをクリア
• 利用可能な情報をダウンロード
• 配信をスケジュール設定する (Schedule delivery)
• フィルターをリセット
• タイムゾーンを選択

期間	情報を表示する期間を選択します。 Is in the last Is on the day Is in range is before Is on or after Is in the year Is in the month Is this Is next Is previous 次の値に等しい Is null Is any time Is not null Matches a user attribute Matches (advanced)
プロセス名 (Document Understanding プロセスでのみ利用可能)	ダッシュボードで情報が生成されるときに考慮されるようにするプロセスを 1 つ、複数、またはすべて選択します。
ドキュメントあたりに費やされた秒数	ユーザーがドキュメントの処理に費やす時間を選択します。
情報を再読み込み	利用可能な情報を更新します。
フィルターの表示/非表示を切り替え	フィルターをダッシュボードに表示するかどうかを選択します。
キャッシュをクリア	すべてのデータをクリアします。
利用可能な情報をダウンロード	ダッシュボードに表示される情報を PDF 形式または CSV 形式でダウンロードします。
配信をスケジュール設定する (Schedule delivery)	ダッシュボードのエクスポートの頻度 (日次、月次、週次、または特定の日) を設定します。PDF、CSV の zip ファイル、または PNG ビジュアリゼーションのいずれかの形式を利用できます。
フィルターをリセット	カスタマイズしたフィルターをすべてリセットします。
タイムゾーンを選択	日付を参照として使用するすべてのフィルターとオプションに使用するタイムゾーンを選択します。
ビューアーのタイムゾーン (Document Understanding プロセスでのみ利用可能)	ビューアーのタイムゾーンを選択します。

利用可能な情報をダウンロード

You can customize the download of your dashboard information. Go to the menu icon, select the Download option, and customize it as needed.

以下に、ダウンロードをカスタマイズするために利用可能なすべてのオプションを示します。

• Paper Size - select the desired paper size: Fit page to dashboard, Letter, Legal, Tabloid, A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5.
• Expand tables to show all rows - choose if all rows should appear or not in the export file. Large tables may render as plain text or limit displayed rows.
• Arrange dashboard tiles in a single column - all information is displayed one on top of the other.

配信をスケジュール設定する (Schedule delivery)

You can schedule the delivery of an email with your dashboard data. Go to the menu icon, select the Schedule Deliveryoption, and customize it as needed.

タブ	オプション	説明
設定	Schedule Name	スケジュールされた配信に名前を付けます。
	Recurrence	メール配信の繰り返し期間を設定します。
	Time	スケジュールされた配信の時間を設定します。
	ターゲット	スケジュールされた配信の宛先を設定します。
	Email address	ダッシュボードの情報を送信する必要のあるメール アドレスを設定します。
	形式	スケジュールされた配信の形式を設定します。
	Test now	スケジュールされた配信のオプションをテストします。
フィルター	期間	ダッシュボードにどの期間の情報が表示されるかを設定します。
	ドキュメントあたりに費やされた秒数	ユーザーがドキュメントの処理に費やす時間を設定します。
詳細オプション	Custom message	スケジュールされた配信にカスタム メッセージを追加します。
	Include links	スケジュールされた配信にアクセス可能なリンクを含めます。
	Expand tables to show all rows	すべての行をエクスポートに表示するかどうかを選択します。
	Arrange dashboard tiles in a single column	情報を一列に並べて表示するかどうかを選択します。
	Paper size	目的の用紙サイズを選択します。[Fit page to dashboard]、[Letter]、[Legal]、[Tabloid]、[A0]、[A1]、[A2]、[A3]、[A4]、[A5] から選択します。
	Delivery timezone	スケジュールされた配信に使用するタイムゾーンを選択します。
	Test now	スケジュールされた配信の設定をテストします。
