権限の管理

Permissions and roles can easily be managed in UiPath Apps at the following levels:

• 組織レベル
• アプリ レベル

組織レベルで権限を管理する

Apps でユーザーに組織レベルでロールが割り当てられていない場合、ユーザーが新しいアプリを作成したり、ユーザーをアプリの共同作成者として割り当てたりすることはできません。

In order for an Apps users to be able to build apps or be an app co-author, the App Creator role is needed.

注:

Only organization admins can grant or revoke read/write rights for users of an organization.

Follow the steps below to grant the App Creator role for a user in your organization.

1. App Studio のホームページに移動します。

2. Click the Manage Access button from the top-right corner of the page.

   

3. [ロールを割り当て] をクリックします。

4. Add a user or a user group in the Add users/groups field.

5. Select the App Creator role from the Role(s) field.

6. [割り当て] をクリックします。

   

アプリレベルで権限を管理する

At app-level, you can invite collaborators and grant them the Co-Author role, which allows running and editing the selected app.

組織のすべてのユーザーにアプリケーションの実行を許可する

この機能を有効化すると、組織のメンバーであるすべてのユーザーがアプリを実行できます。

注:

アプリが依存するオートメーションに対する権限は、Orchestrator 経由で管理する必要があります。

1. 画面右側のパネルの上部にある歯車アイコン をクリックして、アプリのホーム画面に移動します。

2. [アクセス権を管理] タブをクリックします。

3. ページ上部の [組織のすべてのユーザーにこのアプリケーションの実行を許可] トグルをオンにします。

   

特定のユーザー/グループにアプリケーションの実行を許可する

1. 画面右側のパネルの上部にある歯車アイコン をクリックして、アプリのホーム画面に移動します。

2. [アクセス権を管理] タブをクリックします。

3. [ロールを割り当て] をクリックします。

4. [ユーザーとグループを検索] テキスト ボックスにグループ名またはユーザー名を入力します。

   • If the user or group is not shown, they may not be part of the organization, Adding a user to an organization.

5. ロールを [ユーザー (実行可能)] に設定します。

   

特定のユーザー/グループにアプリケーションでのコラボレーションを許可する

1. 画面右側のパネルの上部にある歯車アイコン をクリックして、アプリのホーム画面に移動します。

2. [アクセス権を管理] タブをクリックします。

3. [ロールを割り当て] ボタンをクリックします。

4. [ユーザーとグループを検索] テキスト ボックスにユーザー名を入力します。

   • If the user/group is not shown, they may not be part of the organization, Adding a user to an organization.

5. ロールを「共同作成者 (編集および実行可能)」に設定します。

   

   重要:

   グループの追加

   アプリへのグループの追加が適用されるまでに最大で 60 分を要することがあります。グループのユーザーは、ログインし直すことで、割り当てられているアプリを表示できます。
