PagerDuty authentication

Prerequisites

The PagerDuty connector supports the following authentication types:

• OAuth 2.0 Authorization code with PKCE
• API key

To learn more about each authentication type, see the PagerDuty authentication documentation: API Token or OAuth Token.

To create a connection, you need the following credentials:

• For OAuth 2.0: your PagerDuty username and password.
• For API key: an API key.

Add the PagerDuty connection

1. Select Integration Service from Automation Cloud^TM.

2. From the Connectors list, select PagerDuty. You can also use the search bar to find the connector.
3. Select the Connect to PagerDuty button.
4. Select your preferred authentication type.
5. Enter the required credentials.

6. Select Connect.

7. Your connection has been added.
