DocuSign events

The connector supports the following events via polling:

• Envelope Created - Triggers when a new envelope is created.
• Envelope Signed by All Recipients - Triggers when an envelope is signed by all recipients. Triggered only when all the recipients of that envelope have signed the documents (i.e. when the status of envelope is Completed). If even a single recipient has not signed, this event is not triggered.
• Envelope Sent to All Recipients - Triggers when an envelope is sent to a list of recipients.
• Envelope Status Updated - Triggers when an envelope status is updated.

All events are automatically accessible under the Wait for an Event and Resume activity for your long-running workflows. For details, refer to Long-running workflows with Integration Service activities.

Event polling is performed every 5 minutes, by default. The polling interval is configurable. For details, refer to the Triggers documentation.

Note:

The support for Webhooks (i.e. DocuSign Connect) is not yet released for DocuSign connector.
