Citrix ShareFile authentication

Prerequisites

To create a connection, you need the following credentials:

• Your account's subdomain
• Your username and password.

For example, if your account's URL is "mycompany.sharefile.com", your subdomain is mycompany. If you don't know your account's subdomain, use the Don't know your account's subdomain? button to receive instructions.

Add the Citrix ShareFile connection

1. Select Integration Service from the left rail.
2. From the Connectors list, select Citrix ShareFile. You can also use the search bar to narrow down the connector.
3. Select the Connect to Citrix ShareFile button.

4. You are now redirected to the ShareFile connection page. Enter your account's subdomain and select Continue.

5. Next, enter your email and password and select Sign In.
