Freshbooks authentication

Prerequisites

Depending on the authentication type you select, you need one of the following credentials:

• OAuth 2.0 Authorization code: Business name, Scope
• Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app: Client ID, Client secret, Business name, Scope

How to get the Business name

1. Login to your account and navigate to Settings.
   
   
2. Go to Basic Information.
   
   
3. Copy the Business Name.

1. You need to create an app from the app management page as highlighted in the FreshBooks Authentication Basic Flow.

2. Add the same Redirect URI on your app.

3. Next, use the redirect URL as provided on screen at the time of connection creation. The URL is: https://govcloud.uipath.us/provisioning_/callback.

Add the Freshbooks connection

1. Select Integration Service from Automation Cloud^TM Public Sector.

2. From the Connectors list, select FreshBooks. You can also use the search bar to narrow down the connector.

   You can choose between two authentication types: OAuth 2.0 Authorization code or Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app.

3. Enter the required credentials and select Connect.

4. Your connection has been added.
