Überblick

Das Formular I-9, offiziell „Employment Eligibility Verification“ (Überprüfung der Beschäftigungsberechtigung), ist ein Formular der US-amerikanischen Behörde für Staatsbürgerschaft und Einwanderung, mit dem die Identität und die legale Arbeitsberechtigung aller bezahlten Mitarbeiter in den USA überprüft wird.

Das Modell kann bis zu 67 Felder extrahieren, die je nach Geschäftsbedarf angepasst werden können.

Besonderheiten

Das Modell erkennt automatisch Daten wie z. B.:

• Vor- und Nachname des Mitarbeiters, mittlere Initiale, Adresse, Geburtsdatum, Sozialversicherungsnummer, E-Mail, Telefon,
• Staatsangehörigkeit,
• Überprüfung und Verifizierung durch den Arbeitgeber oder bevollmächtigten Vertreter: Dokumenttitel, ausstellende Behörde, Dokumentnummer, Ablaufdatum,
• Erneute Verifizierung und Wiedereinstellung: Vorname, Nachname, Datum der Wiedereinstellung, Dokumenttitel, Dokumentnummer.
