添加指向文档的超链接。此活动必须添加到“使用 Word 文件”活动中。

设计器面板

• Text to display - The text displayed in the document representing the hyperlink. Select Plus on the right side of the field, and then, from the menu, choose one of the available options to indicate the text to be displayed:

  • 项目笔记本、父级 Excel 文件或 Outlook 帐户中的数据。例如，选择一个 Excel 文件，然后选择一个包含该文本的单元格，或指定 Outlook 中所选电子邮件中包含该文本的字段。
  • “运行时询问”- 执行项目时提示输入文本。
  • Paste from clipboard - Paste text that you previously copied to the clipboard in the project.

  • Open in Advanced Editor - Enter a VB expression.

• Address - The address of the hyperlink. Select Plus on the right side of the field, and then, from the menu, choose one of the available options to indicate the address:

  • 项目笔记本、父级 Excel 文件或 Outlook 帐户中的数据。例如，选择一个 Excel 文件，然后选择一个包含该地址的单元格，或指定 Outlook 中所选电子邮件中包含该地址的字段。
  • Ask when run - Prompt for the address when the project is executed.
  • Paste from clipboard - Paste an address that you previously copied to the clipboard in the project.
  • 文本 - 在文本生成器中输入文本。
  • 使用保存的值- 选择您先前在项目中保存以备后用的名称。
  • Open in Advanced Editor - Enter a VB expression.

• 相对插入- 选择是应相对于文档还是一段文本添加超链接。

• 插入位置- 应添加超链接的位置。根据您在“相对于以下位置插入” 字段中选择的内容，可以使用以下放置选项：

  • 文档：
    • 启动
    • 结束
  • 文本:
    • 之前
    • 之后
    • 替换
  • Text to search for - The text relative to which the hyperlink should be added. Select Plus   on the right side of the field, and then, from the menu, choose one of the available options to indicate the text to be displayed:
    • 项目笔记本、父级 Excel 文件或 Outlook 帐户中的数据。例如，选择一个 Excel 文件，然后选择一个包含该文本的单元格，或指定 Outlook 中所选电子邮件中包含该文本的字段。

• 私有 - 选中后将不再以“Verbose”级别记录变量和参数的值。

• 找到- 指明超链接是否已成功添加到文档。
