使用 VLOOKUP 函数查找某个范围或工作表中的数据。该活动可以与为父级使用 Excel 文件活动选择的 Excel 文件一起使用，也可以与“项目笔记本”一起使用。

在活动正文中

• “要查找的值” - 单击字段右侧的“加号” ，然后使用以下可用选项之一，从菜单中选择要查找的内容：

  • 项目笔记本、父级 Excel 文件或 Outlook 帐户中的数据。例如，选择一个 Excel 文件，然后选择“在 Excel 中指明”以指明文件中的单元格，或者在 Outlook 中选择一个电子邮件，然后在电子邮件中选择包含要搜索的值的字段。
  • Use Saved Value - Select a value that you previously saved for later use in the project.
  • Text - Enter the value using the Text Builder.
  • Number - Enter a numeric value.
  • “运行时询问”- 执行项目时提示输入文本。
  • Open in Advanced Editor - Enter a VB expression.

• “在范围内” - 单击字段右侧的“加号” ，然后从菜单中选择要在其中搜索值的范围。选择 Excel 文件，然后选择工作表、表格或范围，或者选择“在 Excel 中指明”以直接从文件中指定范围。或者，也可以选择“自定义输入”以手动输入范围、表格名称或工作表名称，或选择“在高级编辑器中打开”以输入 VB 表达式。

• “列索引” - 单击字段右侧的“加号” ，然后从菜单中选择“数字”并输入包含要返回的值的列号。或者，也可以使用菜单中的某个可用选项来指定列索引：

  • Select an Excel file and then a named cell that contains the column number, or select Indicate in Excel to indicate a cell in the column directly from the file.
  • Use Saved Value - Select a numeric value that you previously saved for later use in the project.
  • “运行时询问”- 执行项目时提示输入文本。
  • Open in Advanced Editor - Enter a VB expression.

• “精确匹配”- 如果选中，则表示您只想返回精确匹配项。如果未选择，则系统会返回近似匹配项。默认情况下，此选项处于选中状态。

• “保存位置” - 单击字段右侧的“加号” ，然后从菜单中选择要将结果保存到的位置：

  • Select an Excel file and then a named cell, or select Indicate in Excel to indicate a cell from the file.
  • Save for Later Use - Save the result for later use in your project as input for another activity.
  • Open in Advanced Editor - Enter a VB expression.

• DisplayName - The name displayed for the activity in the Designer panel.

其他

• 私有 - 选中后将不再以“Verbose”级别记录变量和参数的值。

输出

• “输出位置”- 请在活动主体中查看“保存位置”。
