此活动首次在 UiPath.Excel.Activities v2.9.0 预览版活动包中引入。

将添加到项目或“项目笔记本”的 workbook 另存为文件。您可以指定文件名和要另存的 Excel 文件格式。

该活动可以与为父级使用 Excel 文件活动选择的 Excel 文件一起使用，也可以与“项目笔记本”一起使用。

配置活动

在活动正文中

• workbook-单击字段右侧的加号，然后从菜单中选择要保存的 Excel workbook。或者，也可以选择在高级编辑器中打开并输入 VB 表达式。

• “另存类型”- 选择要另存为的 Excel 文件类型：Excel workbook (.xlsx)、Excel 二进制 workbook (.xlsb)、Excel 启用宏的 workbook (.xlsm) 或 Excel 97-2003 workbook (.xls)。

• 保存为文件- 单击字段旁边的浏览，然后浏览要在此保存文件的文件夹并输入文件名。或者，您可以使用字段右侧“加号”菜单中的某个选项指定要另存为文件的完整路径：

  • 项目笔记本、父级 Excel 文件或 Outlook 帐户中的数据。例如，选择一个 Excel 文件，然后选择一个包含文件路径的单元格。
  • Use Saved Value - Select a value in the form of a file path that you previously saved for later use in the project.
  • Text - Enter a file path in the Text Builder.
  • Ask when run - Prompt for a file path when the project is executed.
  • “从剪贴板粘贴”- 将您以前复制的名称形式的值粘贴到项目中的剪贴板中。
  • Open in Advanced Editor - Enter a VB expression.

• Replace existing - If selected, the new file replaces any existing file with the same name. If not selected, an error occurs if a file with the same name already exists. This option is selected by default.
