用于选择要在自动化中使用的 PowerPoint 演示文稿。添加活动并指定文件后，请添加 PowerPoint 活动，以便在此活动中的演示文稿上执行。如果指定的文件不存在，自动化可以创建一个文件。

您可以直接在“使用 PowerPoint 文件”活动中添加“用户界面自动化”活动，以快速自动化 PowerPoint 界面。为此，您需要在计算机上打开 PowerPoint 文件。

在活动正文中

• PowerPoint 文件- 单击字段旁边的“浏览” ，然后浏览并选择要在自动化中使用的 PowerPoint 文件。要在执行自动化时创建新文件，请找到用于创建该文件的文件夹，然后输入文件名。确保选择“根据需要创建”选项。如果需要使用具有动态名称的文件，则可以使用字段右侧的加号菜单中的选项之一提供文件路径。例如，在“项目笔记本”（可以在其中使用提供的公式每天提取文件路径）中选择一个单元格，或者在执行项目时选择“运行时询问”以输入文件的路径。或者，您可以通过输入文件的 SharePoint URL 来处理远程 PowerPoint 文件。
• 引用为 - 输入自动化项目用作文件的引用的名称。
• 保存更改- 每次完成因活动导致的更改时保存演示文稿。如果禁用，则仅在执行“使用 PowerPoint 演示文稿”中添加的所有活动后，系统才会保存更改。默认情况下选中此选项。
• Create if not exists - When selected, if the specified presentation file does not exist, a new presentation is created. When not selected, an error occurs if the presentation file cannot be found. This option is not selected by default.
• 模板文件- 当您使用此活动创建新文件时，或者，如果“演示文稿文件”字段中的路径是动态的，您可以选择此选项以在设计时使用具有相同结构的另一个 PowerPoint 文件。模板文件中的数据可以从“使用 PowerPoint 演示文稿”中添加的活动的加号菜单中选择，这使您能够通过直接从 StudioX 选择幻灯片、占位符或布局来轻松配置它们。选择此选项后，单击“浏览”以选择要用作模板的文件。
  备注：

  模板文件仅在设计时使用，并且系统不会从其幻灯片母版中复制任何内容。执行自动化时，系统将处理“演示文稿文件”字段中定义的文件。

• Edit password - The password required for editing the PowerPoint presentation, if the file is password-protected.
• Password - The password required for opening the PowerPoint presentation, if the file is password-protected.
• Path - The path to the PowerPoint presentation. If the file does not exist and you select the Create new file option, the file is created when the automation is executed.

其他

• 私有 - 选中后将不再以“Verbose”级别记录变量和参数的值。

• Read only - If selected, the specified presentation is opened in Read-Only mode. Selecting this check box enables you to perform data extraction operations in a file which is locked for editing or has an edit password. This option is not selected by default.

• 敏感性标签（在 v1.14.0 -预览版中提供）- 敏感性标签的字符串 ID 或演示文稿标签对象的实例。仅当敏感性操作为“添加”时才使用它。否则，系统会忽略该字段。
