使用跨平台活动

跨平台类别中的活动专为 Studio 网页版和 Studio 桌面版中的跨平台项目而设计。

连接到您的 Google Workspace 帐户

添加使用 Integration Service 连接器与在线应用程序交互的活动时，您必须为要在该活动中使用的帐户选择连接。“连接 ID”配置字段设置在每个 Google Workspace 跨平台活动中使用的 Google Workspace 帐户的连接。

G Suite 活动使用以下连接器：

• 用于 日历 和 Gmail 活动的 Gmail 。
• Google Drive for Drive活动。
• Google Sheets for Sheets活动。

根据是否已在 Integration Service 中为连接器设置连接，可能会发生以下情况之一：

• “不存在连接” - 系统会提示您在活动中添加连接。从连接下拉列表中，选择“添加新连接”以启动身份验证流程并启用所需的权限。有关更多信息，请参阅您要使用的连接器的Integration Service 文档。
• Connections already exist - Select a connection from the connection drop-down in the activity. The connection that is set as default is automatically selected. To add a new connection, select Add new connection from the drop-down.
• A connection is selected but is invalid - If a connection is selected, but no additional properties are available in the activity, this indicates the connection is broken. From the connection drop-down, select Manage connections to go to the Integration Service and fix the connection.

使用“遍历循环”活动遍历项目

“遍历”活动（ “遍历事件” 、 “遍历文件或文件夹” 、“遍历电子邮件” 、“遍历电子表格中的每个工作表” 、 “遍历电子表格中的每一行”）对以下文件、文件夹、电子邮件或项目执行一个或一系列活动指定的 Google 云端硬盘位置。

在“遍历”活动的主体中，您可以使用名为CurrentItem变量，该变量引用所包含集合中的每个项目。

添加要在“遍历”活动的“主体”部分中重复执行的活动。配置这些活动时，通过为项目选择CurrentItem变量，指明您要处理迭代中的每个项目：

日历活动

设置开始和结束日期及时间

Activities such as Create Event let you choose the start and end date and time of that particular event. To set a start or end date and time, select the calendar icon next to the field to open the calendar widget and select the date and time. Alternatively, select the Plus button menu to use a variable. In Studio Web, you can also use one of the predefined snippets (Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow, StartOfNextWeek, StartOfNextMonth, Now).

Google Workspace 跨平台活动提供了创建数据、提取数据并将数据插入到 Google 表格（例如单元格、范围和工作表）中的方法。

There are several types of ranges that you can use: Range (named ranges whose scope is limited to a given spreadsheet), Sheet (entire sheets), or Default (which includes all the previous types and lets you manually enter a custom range, e.g., Sheet1!A1:B6).

指定文件夹或文件

To indicate a specific folder or file to use in an activity, select the folder icon inside the fields that support it to navigate through your Google Drive or Gmail files and folders.
