PREVIEWPublishing an action app
Publishing an action app to a specific tenant makes the app available for selection in the same tenant in Studio Web. You can select it from the Actions Apps field (1) of the Create user action activity. To preview the action app, click Preview.
The Action Definition Name field (2) automatically fills in the name of the definition used for the selected action app. If you recently updated the app definition in Action Center, then the Refresh link becomes available. Clicking it updates the definition for your action.
Once you select an action app, all its parameters are displayed for configuration in the activity body.
Action apps are not displayed in Orchestrator, as they are not available for deployment. They can only be used as part of long-running workflow, invoked from the Create user action activity of the Persistence activities pack.
