This page lists the IP ranges and fully qualified domain names (FQDNs) required to configure your firewall for Test Cloud. Unified IP ranges are organized by global region and cover affected services uniformly, while service-specific ranges are listed separately.

我们在本页面中将“出站 IP 范围”重命名为IP 范围。“出站”描述了 UiPath 端的连接，而不是您的连接 — 这些范围是 UiPath 的连接来源，但从您的防火墙的角度来看，此流量为入站流量。从您的角度来看，域/FQDN 仍然是出站端。有关完整区别，请参阅下方的“概述”部分。

概述​

UiPath 服务需要两种类型的允许列表，具体取决于发起连接的用户：

  • DNS 域允许列表 (FQDN) ：在用户、机器人或本地部署组件连接到 UiPath 时应用。此流量为您网络的出站流量，因此请将这些域添加到防火墙的出站允许列表中。必须始终列入 FQDN 允许列表，而不是 IP，因为 UiPath 的底层基础架构是分布式的。
  • IP 范围（CIDR） ：在 UiPath 连接到您的系统时应用 - 例如，当 Integration Service 调用您的端点时，或 Orchestrator 连接到您的本地部署资源时。从防火墙的角度来看，此流量为入站流量（UiPath 是连接到您网络的流量），因此将相应的 CIDR 块添加到入站允许列表中。

变化内容：以前，每项服务和每个区域的 IP 范围都不同。新模型将每个全局区域统一为一组 IP 范围。所有受影响的服务都在一个区域内共享相同的 IP 范围。

例如，在欧盟区域，一组统一的 IP 范围同时覆盖 Test Cloud Portal、Orchestrator、Integration Service、Apps、Automation Ops、Test Manager、AI Trust Layer 和 Notification Service。

例外：以下服务保留其自己特定于服务的 IP 范围，因此不包含在统一表格中：Document Understanding、Insights、IXP 和 Automation Cloud Robot - Serverless。有关其 IP 范围，请参阅特定于服务的 IP 范围。

如何使用此页面​

要配置防火墙，请执行以下操作：

  1. 确定 UiPath 租户的全局区域和您组织的区域。某些 UiPath 服务功能会继承组织的区域，而不继承租户的区域。如果它们不同，则必须将两者的 IP 范围都列入允许列表。有关组织级别和租户级别服务的更多信息，请参阅全局云区域。如果您的租户或组织迁移到其他区域，请相应地更新您的 IP 范围。
  2. 在“统一 IP 范围”表格中找到您的区域。
  3. 请将您所在区域列出的所有 CIDR 范围添加到防火墙的入站允许列表。
  4. 对于具有特定于服务的 IP 范围的服务（Document Understanding、Insights、IXP 和 Serverless），请参阅特定于服务的 IP 范围。
  5. 有关入站 IP 范围的信息，请参阅入站 IP 范围。
  6. 有关完全限定域名 (FQDN)，请参阅域。对于按区域分组的条目，请允许为部署服务的区域列出的域。如果您的组织使用多个区域，请允许每个适用区域的域。

特定于服务的 IP 范围​

特定于服务的 IP 范围不属于统一 IP 范围迁移的例外情况。统一范围不会取代它们，在使用相应功能时，防火墙配置必须单独包含它们。

Document Understanding​

全局区域中 Document Understanding 的服务特定 IP 范围是 Cloudflare 范围 104.16.0.0/13。仅当您的网络设备不支持基于 DNS 的允许列表时，才使用此范围。建议使用基于 DNS 的允许列表，因为 Cloudflare IP 范围很宽并且可能会发生变化。

Insights​

IP 范围允许您将日志导出和数据导出功能的 IP 列表添加到允许列表，并且不会向所有外部 IP 开放您的网络。如果 Blob 存储区域对应相应的 Insights 服务区域，则无法使用公共 IP。

限制

对于日志导出，Google 存储空间不支持入站 IP 限制。

由于 Microsoft 端的日志导出限制，当您的 Azure Blob 存储帐户和 Insights 基础架构位于 Azure 中的同一区域下时，无法设置入站 IP 限制。因此，不能根据 Insights 服务区域将以下区域用于 Blob 存储帐户：
