自 2026 年 6 月 16 日起，统一出站 IP 范围已发布，必须与旧的按服务 IP 范围一起添加到允许列表中。从 2026 年 9 月 16 日开始，旧版 IP 范围将逐步淘汰。

在 2026 年 9 月 16 日之前：您必须同时在此页面上将旧版按服务 IP 范围和统一 IP 范围列入允许列表。

2026 年 9 月 16 日之后：继续将旧版 IP 范围和统一 IP 范围列入允许列表，直到后续的发行说明确认可以安全删除旧版 IP 范围。

概述​

UiPath 服务需要两种类型的允许列表，具体取决于发起连接的用户：

  • DNS 域允许列表 (FQDN) ：在用户、机器人或本地部署组件连接到 UiPath 时应用。这些域名必须始终列在 FQDN 的允许列表中，因为其底层基础架构是分布式的。
  • 出站 IP 范围 (CIDR) ：当 UiPath 连接到您的系统时应用，例如，当 Integration Service 调用您的端点时，或 Orchestrator 连接到您的本地部署资源时。要允许此流量，您必须允许相应的 CIDR 块。

What changed: Previously, outbound IP ranges differed per service and per region. The new model unifies these into a single set of outbound IP ranges per global region. All affected services share the same outbound IP ranges within a region.

For example, in the European Union region, a single set of IP ranges covers Test Cloud Portal, Orchestrator, Integration Service, Apps, Automation Ops, Test Manager, AI Trust Layer, and Notification Service simultaneously.

要为统一的出站 IP 范围配置防火墙，请执行以下操作：

  1. 确定 UiPath 租户的全局区域和您组织的区域。某些 UiPath 服务功能会继承组织的区域，而不继承租户的区域。如果它们不同，则必须将两者的 IP 范围都列入允许列表。有关组织级别和租户级别服务的更多信息，请参阅全局云区域。如果您的租户或组织迁移到其他区域，请相应地更新出站 IP 范围。
  2. 在“统一出站 IP 范围”表格中找到您的区域。
  3. 将该区域中列出的所有 CIDR 范围添加到防火墙的出站允许列表。
  4. 对于具有特定于服务的出站 IP 范围的服务（Insights、IXP、Serverless），请参阅服务异常。

Insights​

出站 IP 范围允许您将日志导出和数据导出功能的 IP 列表添加到允许列表，并且不会向所有外部 IP 开放您的网络。如果 Blob 存储区域对应相应的 Insights 服务区域，则无法使用公共 IP。

限制​

对于日志导出，Google 存储空间不支持入站 IP 限制。

由于 Microsoft 端的日志导出限制，当您的 Azure Blob 存储帐户和 Insights 基础架构位于 Azure 中的同一区域下时，无法设置入站 IP 限制。因此，不能根据 Insights 服务区域将以下区域用于 Blob 存储帐户：

Automation Cloud Robot - Serverless​

Outbound IP ranges for Automation Cloud Robots - Serverless enable you to route outbound network traffic through a dedicated, static IP address ranges managed by UiPath. This lets you allowlist or securely integrate with external systems that restrict incoming connections to known IPs.

为防止服务中断，请确保防火墙配置中允许当前和即将推出的出站 IP 范围。如果任一 IP 范围集都不被允许，则与 CMK 相关的功能可能会失败并导致错误。

Task Mining​

域​

如果您的公司使用代理，则需要将下表中描述的 URL 添加到“防火墙例外”中，以便 Task Mining 桌面组件连接到我们的 Web 服务器。

备注：

Task Mining 桌面应用程序使用 Web 套接字与服务器进行实时通信（遥测和监管）。对于允许的 URL 和 IP，透明代理应启用 HTTPS 和 WSS 协议。
