从 Test Cloud 中的“用户使用情况”仪表板向用户授予 AI 和代理使用充值权限，并监控每个用户的每月使用量和回退到按单位付费的情况。

备注：

AI 和代理使用池适用于 Unified Pricing 和 Flex 许可计划。它在社区版上不可用。功能可用性还取决于您使用的云平台；有关详细信息，请参阅功能可用性页面。

“用户使用情况”仪表板使管理员可以监控组织中每个用户的 AI 和代理型使用情况，并在用户的每月限额用完时授予充值费用。有关每月限额、填充和回退工作原理的背景信息，请参阅AI 和代理使用池。

先决条件

• 您具有许可证管理员角色。许可证查看者可以查看仪表板并导出数据，但无法授予充值权限。有关详细信息，请参阅许可角色。
• Your organization has available purchased units in its distribution. Top-ups are withdrawn from Platform Units on Unified Pricing, or from Agent Units on Flex.

打开“用户使用情况”仪表板

1. 在组织级别转到“管理员” ，然后选择“许可证” 。
2. 选择“消耗品”选项卡。
3. 选择“用户使用情况”卡以打开仪表板。

结果：系统将打开“用户使用情况”仪表板，显示“Platform Units 分布表”、一个付费单元回退横幅和“所有用户”表格。

查看用户使用情况

“所有用户”表格为每个用户显示一行包含以下信息：

列	描述
用户	用户的姓名和电子邮件地址。
许可证	管理用户每月限额的许可证。当用户拥有多个许可证时，以最高级别的许可证为准。
每月使用量	所选周期中消耗的月度限额占百分比。
充值	用户拥有的充值包数量和剩余充值使用情况的百分比。
使用中	用户当前提取资金的来源：“每月限额”、“充值”或“付费单位”。
需要充值	用户是否已请求充值：是或否。

要查找特定用户，请使用搜索框和仪表板顶部的“许可证” 、 “正在使用”和“需要充值”筛选器。用户表格顶部的横幅显示，已为所有用户启用付费单元回退功能。已请求充值的用户在“需要充值”列中显示“是” 。

授予充值

您可以从任何行或用户的详细信息视图授予充值。

1. 在“所有用户”表格中，找到需要充值的用户。

2. 在用户行中选择“授权充值” 。

3. In the Grant top-up dialog, set the number of packs in the Top-ups field. Grant more than one when a single pack does not cover the user's remaining need for the cycle.

4. Review the summary, which updates as you change the count:

   • Withdrawn from distribution: the units this grant removes from the organization's distribution.
   • Remaining after: the units left in the distribution once the grant goes through.
   • Remaining share: the percentage of the distribution left after the grant.

   

   警告：

   Top-ups are consumed from the distribution when granted and cannot be returned or reassigned. Unspent top-ups expire with the distribution period and are voided if the user is deactivated.

5. 选择“授权充值”以确认。

结果

The top-ups are applied to the user immediately, and any pending top-up request for that user clears. The Top-ups count on the dashboard can take a few minutes to reflect the grant. The user's In use value changes to Top-up once their monthly limit is spent and a top-up becomes the active source.

On Unified Pricing, each top-up is a fixed pack of 50 Platform Units; on Flex, each top-up is a fixed pack of 500 Agent Units. Every pack you grant is withdrawn from the organization's distribution and recorded as its own consumption event; for how multiple packs appear to the user, refer to AI and Agentic usage pool.

在您授予充值额度后，用户可以在“首选项”>“许可”下查看自己的使用情况。“使用情况”页面将其每月限制显示为带有重置日期的单个百分比，以及可选的按产品细分的使用情况。有关此视图的完整说明，请参阅AI 与代理使用情况池。

导出使用情况数据

License Administrator 和 License Viewer 角色都可以导出所有用户的当前周期使用情况。

1. 在“用户使用情况”仪表板上选择“导出 CSV” 。

结果：所有用户的当前周期使用情况下载为 CSV 文件。

管理单元分配

仪表板顶部的分布器显示间隔、已授予的单元数和剩余的单元数。充值和付费单元回退都从同一个供应中提取。

当分配额不足时，计量表会显示警告，并会继续发放，直到分配额用尽。当分配额达到零时，系统将在所有位置禁用授权充值操作，超过上限的用户将暂停使用，直到添加更多单元或每月上限重置。要恢复授权，请购买更多单元。

查找需要充值的用户

此功能不发送通知。打开“用户使用情况”仪表板时，需要充值的用户将显示在其顶部，因此您可以在没有警示的情况下找到这些用户。您还可以使用需要充值筛选器来缩小列表范围。
