部署流程

Note that creating a process requires your user to have View permission on Packages and View and Create permissions on Processes. For deploying processes in classic folders, View permissions on Environments is also required.

1. 单击“添加”。系统将显示“添加流程”窗口。

2. Select a package from the Package Name drop-down or use the Add Package () to upload a new package. The latest version of the package is automatically selected. If the package has input and/or output parameters, they are also displayed.

3. 在“显示名称”字段中，添加要在所有提及、列出或监控流程的页面上显示的名称。如果留空，则使用包的名称。

4. 从“包版本”下拉列表中，选择要使用的包的版本。

5. 从“作业优先级”下拉列表中，选择流程的执行优先级。

6. 输入流程的描述。我们建议添加描述，尤其是当有许多流程部署到 Orchestrator 时。

7. 如果包具有输入参数，则还可以在“输入值”选项卡中为其提供值。

8. Switch on the Enable Recording option so that, in the event of a job failure, the last moments of the execution are recorded and available for download as execution media. Configure the Scaling, Frequency, and Duration options as desired.

   备注：

   仅当您对执行介质具有“查看”权限时，“录制”选项才会显示在“部署流程”窗口中。

9. 启用“自动启动流程”选项，以将该流程设置为在机器人代理启动时自动启动。

10. 打开“无法在 UiPath Assistant 中停止流程”选项，以限制从 UiPath Assistant 终止流程。

11. 单击“创建”。关闭“添加流程”窗口，流程将显示在“流程”页面上。

编辑流程设置

在“流程设置”窗口中部署流程后，可以修改显示名称、描述、作业优先级以及“启用记录”、“自动启动流程”、“无法在 UiPath Assistant 中停止流程”等选项。

1. 对于所需的流程，单击“更多操作”>“流程设置”。显示“流程设置”窗口。
2. 更改所需的选项，然后单击“更新”以保存更改。

管理包版本

请注意，管理流程的包版本需要具有流程的查看和编辑权限以及包/文件夹包的查看权限。

更新文件夹中的流程

如果某个流程有多个版本可用，您可以从“查看流程”页面中选择要使用的版本：

1. 单击“更多操作”>“查看流程”按钮，以查看具有多个包版本的流程。系统将显示“查看流程”窗口。

   

2. 在“版本管理”选项卡上：

   1. Click the Use button for the corresponding version that you want to use. The View Process window is closed and your configuration is saved. If the version you updated the process to was not the latest, the exclamation mark icon is still displayed next to the process.
   2. Click the Latest button if you want to update the process to the latest available package version. The View Process window is closed and your configuration is saved.
   3. Click the Rollback button. This enables you to return to the previously used version.

更新文件夹中的多个流程

使您可以将文件夹中多个流程更新到最新的可用包版本。

1. 在“流程”页面上，选择要更新为最新的可用包版本的流程。

2. 单击“使用最新版本”。仅当您的选择包含至少一个不使用最新可用的包版本的流程时，才启用此“使用最新版本”按钮。仅当您的选择包含使用最新可用的包版本的流程时，此按钮将禁用。

3. 在显示的确认窗口中单击“是”。所选流程将更新为最新版本，并且图标也会相应更新。如果由于任何原因未更新流程，则会显示错误消息。

   

跨文件夹更新流程

可以在包级别一次跨多个文件夹/子文件夹更新流程。Orchestrator 搜索并显示与所选包关联的所有流程，从而使您可以选择应将其中哪些更新为最新的可用包版本。搜索是在每个订阅源的基础上执行的，如下所示：

• Tenant Feed - Orchestrator searches for all processes associated with the selected packages in all folders/subfolders that use the tenant feed. Find it on the Packages page (Tenant context > Packages tab).
• Folder Feed - Orchestrator searches for all processes associated with the selected packages in that particular folder feed, subfolders included. Find it on the Folder Packages page (Folder context > Automations tab > Folder Packages tab).

租户订阅源和文件夹订阅源级别的升级过程相似。根据您所处的上下文，导航到上述位置，然后：

1. 选择要升级的包，然后单击“将可用流程升级至最新版本”。将打开“升级多个流程”窗口，显示一个列表，其中列出了所有未使用最新包版本的所有流程。在“升级多个流程”窗口中显示以下信息：

2. 对于每个包，选择要升级的流程。完成后，单击“升级”。所选流程将使用其包的最新版本进行批量更新。

管理输入参数的值

如果流程具有一个或多个输入参数，则可以在流程级别编辑其值：

1. 单击“更多操作”>“查看流程”按钮，以查看具有多个版本的流程。系统将显示“查看流程”窗口。
2. 在“参数”选项卡中，单击要为其添加值的输入参数旁边的“编辑”按钮。
3. 添加所需的值，然后单击“保存”。将保存输入参数的值。
4. 根据需要多次重复步骤 3。
5. Click Update. The values of all the input parameters are saved. For more information on how to fill in these values, please click here.

您还可以通过单击相应的“清除值”按钮来删除输入参数的值。

监控流程

单击所需流程的“更多操作”>“监控流程”按钮以查看与其关联的“监控”页面。由于在“流程”页面上显示了“监控流程”按钮，您还需要流程的查看权限才能从此处访问监控页面。

或者，从“流程概述”微件（“监控”>“作业”）中选择。

Note that monitoring a process requires your user to have View permissions on Jobs and on Monitoring. Additionally, Edit on Monitoring is required in order to disable errors from the Error Feed widget on the Monitoring > Jobs page. View on Environments is required in order to filter the pages by the environment.

删除流程

Note that removing a process requires your user to have View and Delete permissions on Processes, as well as View permissions on Packages. For processes deployed in classic folders, View permission on Environments is also required.

1. 在“流程”页面中，选择您感兴趣的流程。
2. 单击“删除”按钮。该流程将从“流程”页面和数据库中删除。请注意，删除流程不会从 Orchestrator 中删除包，而只会删除其与环境/文件夹的关联。

或者，如果您只想删除一个流程，请单击相应的“删除”按钮。

如果删除与触发器相关联的流程，则无论这些触发器是已启用还是已禁用，这些触发器也都将被删除。

备注：

如果流程与活动作业（其具有以下某种状态：“待处理”、“正在运行”、“正在停止”和“正在终止”）关联，则无法删除该流程。
