設定

出力の設定

出力設定は、出力ドキュメントの表示を設定するために使用される必須の設定です。以下のオプションのいずれかを使用して、情報の処理方法を設定します。

• 連続アップロード (推奨) - ユーザーがデータの処理を完了する (分析の準備ができる) とすぐにデータがアップロードされます。
• 共有ドライブ経由 (アップローダー ツールを使用)。詳しくは、「 StudyUploader を使用する 」をご覧ください。
  注:

  All data is encrypted before being sent to the service and remains encrypted until a model job-specific container is created for processing and then the results are again encrypted before being written to disk.

連続アップロード

継続的アップロード設定で Task Mining プロジェクトを作成して選択すると、AI Center™ プロジェクトが自動的に作成されます。

連続アップロード用に別のプロジェクトを選択するには、以下の手順を実行します。

1. Select Edit in Configure Upcoming Output.

2. ドロップダウン リストから AI Center プロジェクトを選択します。

3. Set a name for the Analysis name.

4. Select Save to apply changes.

   

ネットワーク共有フォルダー

注:

This option requires manual work and additional supervision. It is advised to use the Continuous option, if possible.

このオプションを使用してデータを収集するには、まずネットワーク共有フォルダーをセットアップする必要があります。詳しくは、「共有ネットワーク フォルダーを設定する」をご覧ください。その後で追加のデスクトップ コンポーネント Study Uploader をインストールします。詳しくは、「StudyUploader を使用する」をご覧ください。

• In the Network Shared Folder area specify a path to a network shared drive that can be accessed by users with write permissions. Use the following path format: format: \\network\folder\path

• The Available intermittently checkbox enables you to continue the recording process in case the Network Shared Folder you set up is not available and keeps the recorded data locally until the access to the folder is restored.

  

個人情報 (PII) データ マスク

個人を識別できる情報 (PII) とは、単独で、あるいは他の関連データと併せて使用した場合に個人を識別できる情報です。これは、必要に応じてオンまたはオフに切り替えることができます。

PII 検出モデルは、標準の事前構成された限られたカテゴリのコンテンツを探します。

• 機密の PII 情報には、以下のような法的な統計情報があります。

PII の種類	説明
社会保障番号 (SSN)	米国市民、永住者、一時労働居住者に発行される 9 桁の数字です。
クレジット/デビット カード	クレジット カードまたはデビット カードの番号、有効期限、およびセキュリティ コードです。
銀行支店コード	米国の銀行口座の支店コードです。通常は 9 桁の長さです。
電話番号	電話番号です。FAX 番号やポケットベル番号も含まれます。
Address	実際の住所です (例: 「Suite #1, Building 1234」)。住所には、番地、建物、所在地、市区町村、州/都道府県、国、郡、郵便番号、地区、区域などがあります。
名前	個人の名前です。ただし、Mr.、Mrs.、Miss、Dr. などの敬称は含まれません。
メール	メール アドレスです (例: [e-mail])。
ライセンス ID	運転免許証に割り当てられる番号は、公道で 1 台以上の車両を運転することを個人に許可する公文書です。運転免許証番号は英数字で構成されます。
パスポート	パスポート番号は 6 文字から 9 文字の英数字です。

注:

• PII の種類のデータには国固有のものがあり、一部の国には適用されません。
• For the PII Masking feature to work as intended, the desktop application version 21.6.71 or higher must be installed.

記録対象のアプリ

View and manage the list of applications where tasks made by the users are captured. The Recorder Client logs only data for these applications.

Under the Recorded Apps section, create the Recorded Applications list by adding applications or websites. This is a mandatory step to be able to record successfully. The Client App will only log data for these applications and websites.

利用可能なリストの概要は以下のとおりです。

• [グローバルに適用] タブ - すべてのユーザーに対して実装および記録されるアプリケーションのリストです。[記録対象のアプリ] のリストを設定した後で、ユーザーがリストを変更することはできません。ただし、[レコーダーの設定] を使用して、追加する他のアプリケーションをリクエストすることができます。詳しくは、「レコーダーの設定」をご覧ください。
  • Allow recording - the list of applications and websites that will be included in the recording.
  • 記録を拒否 - 記録時にレコーダーが無視するアプリケーションと Web サイトのリストです。
• [個々のリクエストで適用] タブ - レコーダーの設定でユーザーが記録することをリクエストしたアプリケーションのリストです。
  • Allow recording - the list of applications and websites that will be included in the recording.
  • 記録を拒否 - 記録時にレコーダーが無視するアプリケーションと Web サイトのリストです。

Add an application or website to the Allow recording list

To add an application or website to the Allow recording list of the Globally for all users list, use the Search option to be sure the app is not already added and follow the applicable scenario as listed below.

以下の画像のように検索を実行します。

[記録を拒否] リストからアプリケーションや Web サイトを選択し、[記録を許可] リストに移動することもできます。

利用できないアプリケーションや Web サイトを [記録を許可] リストのタブに追加するには、以下の手順に従います。

1. [許可] を選択します。

2. The Allow Application or Website pop-up is displayed.

3. Enter the name of the application or the domain of the website for which you want to allow recording and click on Add. See the illustration below for an example.

   

実行可能ファイルの場合は、入力する名前が実行可能ファイルのファイル名と同じであり、.exe 形式であることを確認してください。Web サイトの場合は、正しいドメイン名と拡張子 (例: uipath.com) を入力していることを確認してください。

注:

Applications that require OS Administrator permissions to run won’t be captured unless the user runs the Client App as Administrator.

Add an application or website to the Deny recording list

To add an application or website to the Deny recording list of the Globally for all users list, use the Search option to be sure the app is not already added and follow the applicable scenario as listed below.

Follow these steps to add an application or website that is in one of the lists on the On Individual Users' Request tab:

1. リストでアプリケーションまたは Web サイトを見つけて、オプション ボタンを選択します。
2. [グローバルに拒否] をクリックします。

[記録を許可] リストからアプリケーションや Web サイトを選択し、[記録を拒否] リストに移動することもできます。

Follow these steps to add an application or website that is not available on the On Individual Users' Request tab and not already available in the Deny recording list on the Globally for all users tab.

1. Go to the Globally for all users list.
2. [拒否] を選択します。
3. The Deny Application or Website pop-up is displayed.
4. Enter the name of the application or the domain of the website for which you want to deny recording and click on Add.

実行可能ファイルの場合は、入力する名前が実行可能ファイルのファイル名と同じであり、.exe 形式であることを確認してください。Web サイトの場合は、正しいドメイン名と拡張子 (例: uipath.com) を入力していることを確認してください。

アプリケーションを削除する

Follow the steps below to Delete an application from the lists on either the Globally for all users or the On Individual Users' Request.

1. リストでアプリケーションまたは Web サイトを見つけて、オプション ボタンを選択します。

2. [削除] を選択します。

3. アプリケーションまたは Web サイトがリストから削除されます。

   重要:

   If the recorded apps list is empty, you will be prompted with a dialog that allows you to add apps or skip and proceed, but by skipping, you will not record any steps. See the illustration below.

   

データ・コレクション・ポリシー(オプション)

データ収集ポリシーを使用すると、企業アカウント管理者は記録プロセスについてユーザーに簡単に通知し、Task Mining プロジェクトのデータを記録するための同意を集めることができます。

ユーザーに同意を求めるダイアログを表示

• UiPath® のプライバシー ポリシーにより、[ユーザーに同意を求めるダイアログを表示] オプションは既定で有効化されています。UiPath の Web サイトの 「プライバシー ポリシー 」のページをご覧ください。ユーザー記録プロセスの開始時に、ユーザーに同意を求めるダイアログが表示されます。デスクトップ アプリケーションがデータのキャプチャを開始する前に、記録の利用規約への同意または拒否を選択するためのダイアログがユーザーに表示されます。
• 定期的に同意を収集する特定の期間を設定するオプションがあります。ユーザーが初めて同意を承諾してから指定した日数が経過すると、同意を求めるダイアログ ボックスが表示されます。
• To browse the consent collection history, access the View users consent logs link.

[結果] ページでユーザーの名前を匿名化する

[結果] ページに表示されるユーザー名を匿名化して、データに表される個人のプライバシーを保護することができます。

高度なレコーダー エンジンを有効化する

[高度なレコーダー エンジンを有効化] オプションを使用すると、ユーザーのデスクトップ アプリケーションで拡張されたデータ記録オプションを使用できます。それにより、記録ユーザーは UiPath® Studio と Assistant (バージョン 2022.10 以降) で使用されているブラウザー拡張機能をインストールして、キャプチャされるセレクターの精度を向上させることができます。

[高度なレコーダー エンジンを有効化] オプションは既定で選択されています。

注:

[高度なレコーダー エンジンを有効化] オプションを無効化するのは、記録ユーザーが記録中に問題が発生した場合のみにしてください。
