The Settings view contains the following options allowing each user to set up their preferences:

記録対象のアプリ

企業アカウント管理者によって設定され、記録対象のアプリのリストです。 これらのアプリケーションは削除できません。

By clicking Add App you can add only to your recording process other applications that you think are relevant. The added application is added to the allow list automatically only for you. To make it available for the entire organization, the Company Admin needs to add it to the generic Recorded Applications list.

You can delete only the applications you added and that have not been moved by the Company Admin to the Recorded Applications list.

以下の項目を確認するには、こちらのセクションをご覧ください。

• Recording status: recording time, the data volume that has been recorded, number of screenshots, the status of recording.

• Processing status: how many actions out of the total amount of recorded data have been processed.

• アップロード ステータス: 処理されたデータの合計量のうち、アップロードされたアクションの数です ([出力の設定] で [連続] オプションが選択されている場合)。

  

注:

ユーザーは、記録中にデスクトップが接続されていることを確認する必要があります。停電によりデータが失われる可能性があります。

プロキシを構成する

記録アプリケーションのプロキシを設定するには、以下の手順に従います。

1. Retrieve the IP Address and Port Number. Depending on your OS system you can do this by:

   • 10 より古い Windows IE 設定 -> 接続 -> LAN 設定にアクセスし、IP アドレスとポート番号を取得します。
   • Windows 10 [スタート] をクリック -> [設定] アイコン (歯車型のアイコン) をクリックします。設定で、ネットワークとインターネット -> をクリックし、左側のペインでプロキシをクリックし、IP アドレスとポート番号を取得します。

2. 記録アプリケーションを開きます。

3. Click click the Settings icon (gear-shaped) -> select Proxy....

4. The Proxy Settings pop-up is displayed. Shift the Enable Proxy switch.

   

5. [プロキシ設定] の情報を編集できるようになりました。 ポイント 1 で取得した IP アドレスとポート番号を入力します。

6. [保存] をクリックします。

概要

プログラム名、そのバージョン、ユーザー名、組織、テナントを確認します。また、トラブルシューティングや記録アプリケーションからのログアウトのために、必要に応じてログ フォルダーを開くこともできます。

コントロールパネルのスイッチを表示

記録セッション中にコントロール パネルの表示を有効化または無効化できます。

サービス URL をカスタマイズ

サインイン時に [サービス URL をカスタマイズ] を使用して、記録アプリケーションから管理コンソールへのアクセス方法を変更します。これは、Automation Suite のインストールに必要なことです。詳細については、 Automation Suite のドキュメントをご覧ください。

記録アプリケーションの接続先 URL を入力し、[サインイン] を選択して続行します。
