The User Interface

Accessing Your Account

As soon as you logged in to Automation Hub, the home page displays a list containing the ideas submitted within your tenant.

Note: The Navigation menu displayed on the upper part of the screen can differ depending on your roles and permissions.

Below you can find an example of the available modules and the way the page is displayed for a Standard User:

User Onboarding Process

The User Onboarding Process is a set of dynamic flows integrated with the platform that will guide you through its features and show you how to use them. This is a first-hand experience that gives you an overview of the platform by offering the possibility to actively involve in each action. Its final goal is to make you feel comfortable while using the platform, train you on how to use it and, finally, obtain value from it.

To get to this the process has been split into 2 parts:

  • Users onboarding – This flow is covering all generic features available for all the users registered in the platform.
  • Feature onboarding - As the platform is used in different ways, based on your permissions, the flow will follow the specific features you will be working within your day to day activity.

    Each activity from the checklist is customized and contains all the steps that you are actively involved in. This is called an experience.

The process can be started by selecting the Get started option that will be displayed as soon you successfully access the platform.

If you need to interrupt the flow before completing it, your progress will be saved as long as you don’t click the Dismiss button.

To continue the flow just click the Get started option. As soon as you click the button, the system will redirect you to the last completed experience.

Note: If you were interrupted in the middle of an experience, the progress you made on that particular experience will not be saved. You will need to retake all the steps specific to that experience.

If you click Dismiss the entire flow will be marked as completed.

In case you notice any malfunctioning/bugs during the flow, click Contact us and fill out the form with as many details as possible.
