Reviewing Ideas in Idea Phase, Awaiting Review Status

Ideas in Idea phase, Awaiting review status need to be review by the Idea Approver, in order to continue the review flow. Please check the Idea Review Phases section for details about the Idea review flow.

To review an idea please follow the below steps:

1. Access Automation Pipeline > Review and search for the idea.

2. Review the idea content.

   You can click the three-dotted icon available under the Action column corresponding to the idea row and select the View Automation Profile option.

3. Click the three-dotted icon available under the Action column corresponding to the idea row and select the appropriate option:

   1. Approve the idea and sent it to the Assessment Pipeline.

      Note: Before Approving ideas, make sure that a Process Owner is assigned. If the Submitter didn’t select the Process Owner, open the Quick View modal of that idea and select a Process Owner in the thumbnail displayed on the top right corner.
   2. Mark as Duplicate
   3. Reject the idea so it will not be queued for implementation. The idea status will change to Rejected.
   4. Put on Hold the idea in order to gather more information or discuss it at a later time.
   5. Archive the idea. This signifies that the idea will not be queued for implementation and will no longer appear on the Explore Ideas page.
   6. Delete the idea in order to remove all its details from the platform.
