Licenses
Action Center licenses cover two primary actions:
- Creating Action Center tasks in Studio.
- Accessing and managing Actions in Action Center.
Below is a table listing licenses that grant access to either Action Center or the ability to create tasks in Studio.
Licenses | Action Center access | Task creation access |
---|---|---|
Action Center - Named User | ||
Attended - Named User | ||
Citizen Developer - Named User | ||
RPA Developer - Named User | ||
Automation Developer - Named User |
To manage your licenses:
- Navigate to the Admin tab in your organization.
- Select Licenses.
- In the View Licenses section, check what licenses you purchased and how they're allocated.
- In the License Allocation to Groups and License Allocation to Users sections you can allocate or retain licenses.
- Next to a group or user, select
Edit group allocation rule.
The Edit Group Allocation Rule for X opens and you can view the licenses that are available for your organization.
- Select the licenses that you want to allocate or retain.
- Select Save to keep your changes.
If you or another user logs into Action Center without a valid license, the following banner displays in the page header: You have more licenses allocated to your services than you have available to your organization. Please adjust the license allocation.
Edit your license allocation to guarantee that all users have a valid license to access Action Center.
