Description: When a new calendar event is received from your manager, accept the invite and send a message response. Configure your manager's email in the Trigger Filter.

Workflow

Tip: If you want to save time, use the Automatically Accept Calendar Invites from your Manager template in Studio Web to build this workflow.

1. Open Studio Web and create a new project.
2. For How to start the automation select Event based, then select the Microsoft 365 Calendar Event Received trigger activity. In the trigger activity:
   1. Set up your Microsoft Outlook connection.
   2. Set up additional filters to identify your manager's email:
   
   

   

   
   

   
   

   

   
   
3. Next, add a Respond to Event Invitation activity.
   1. For the Event to reply field, select the output variable of the trigger activity.
   2. Set the Response field to Accept.
   3. Set up any optional fields, such as Apply on all occurrences and Send response notifications. You can also add a Comment.
