Project Insights

The Project Insights page provides a comprehensive understanding of your team and how they spend their time. The information on the Project Insights page enables you to develop the best workforce strategy based on actionable insights.

Tip:

Hovering your mouse over a chart in the Project Insights page triggers a hint which includes detailed information.

Below is an overview of the elements of the Project Insights page.

Element	Description
Export	Enables you to download the dashboard data as an image (.png).
Create ATM project	Enables you to create a Assisted Task Mining project to capture the details of a specific task. See also Assisted Task Mining
Recording users actions	Displays the total recording time and the number of actions recorded. Note: You can select the Run analysis button to start an analysis of the recorded actions. See also Running analysis
Team	Displays the number of recording users and their recording status.
Total recorded time	Displays the data capture time of allowed applications.
Tool category	Enables you to filter the information displayed by the widgets on the Project Insights page.

Filtering the tool category

The Tool category filter enables you to filter the information displayed by the widgets based on different categories:

• All
• Apps
• Communication tools
• Documents
• URLs

Note:

The Documents and URLs categories are only available after running an analysis with 10,000 actions captured.

Tool category widgets

The widgets on the Project Insights page display aggregated information for the Unassisted Task Mining project based on the selected tool category. Below is a description of the widgets.

Widget	Description
Tools utilization	Displays the percentage of execution time in each tool.
Min/max utilization	Displays the minimum, maximum, and average execution time for each tool.
Utilization over days	Displays the execution time over days of recording.
Context switching	Displays the amount of time a user moved between two tools withing a 30 minute period. Note: Context switching data will only be displayed after more than 5 context switches.
List of tasks with the most number of traces	Displays the tasks from listed on the Results pages with the most traces, indicating the most commonly completed tasks from most common to least common.
Inefficient tasks	Displays the tasks with the longest median trace duration, indicating tasks that could be optimized. Tip: You can click on the task name to view the task details in a new browser tab.
