Improved Machine-Learning model

We continually improve our Machine-Learning models and we're happy to announce a reasonable improvement to the accuracy of clustering screenshots and extracting tasks for several popular business apps including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat and Salesforce in Assisted Task Mining and Unassisted Task Mining projects.

Note:

Existing projects will continue to use the previous Machine Learning model.

Privacy settings for Assisted Task Mining projects

You can now set privacy settings for Assisted Task Mining projects when editing the project.

• Mask personally identifiable information on all recorded screenshots - Enables you to specify that all specific data that could be used to identify, contact, or locate an individual is concealed in the screenshots and step titles.

• Anonymize the display names of recording users - Enables you to specify that the display names and the avatars of the recording users are replaced with a generic label to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
