The deprecation timeline is applicable to regions where the Unassisted Task Mining new architecture is supported (the United States, Europe, Japan, and Singapore) as well as to regions where the new architecture is not yet available (Australia and Canada).
Deprecation of Unassisted Task Mining legacy projects will occur on December 1, 2023. All legacy projects will be deleted on this day.
Below is the updated deprecation timeline for Unassisted Task Mining legacy projects.

UiPath® Task Mining is moving towards a new enhanced architecture. In the process of this move, all projects created on the original architecture in regions including the United States, Europe, Japan, Singapore, and Canada will become read-only on August 7th, 2023. Projects on the original architecture in Australia will not become read-only until further notice.
What if I am recording in a legacy project?
You should finish recording and run analysis by August 7th, 2023.
What if I’m planning a new task mining project?
The read-only mode will not impact any new projects if your tenant region is in Europe (European Union), the United States, Japan, and Singapore. If your tenant region is in Canada, you will need to create a new project in other tenant regions.
Unassisted Task Mining
The option to delete a user from an Unassisted Task Mining project has been enhanced.When deleting the user from the list of Recording users on the Team page, you now have the option to keep their data or delete their data when deleting the user.
You can now allocate and track AI Units consumption at the tenant level. If you run a new analysis for your Unassisted Task Mining project, it will consume AI Units at the account level until you allocate AI Units to the tenant where the analysis is run.
By default, each tenant is allocated 0 AI Units, and all AI Units are consumed from the account pool. To make use of AI Units per tenant, you assign AI Units to a given tenant. The tenant will start consuming AI Units from its tenant pool until the balance reaches 0, at which point new Unassisted Task Mining analyses will fail.
Unassisted Task Mining

Users can now record data for multiple Task Mining projects. A user who is actively recording for a project, can be invited to join another project. Depending on the status of the user, and/or the approval of the project manager of the project for which the user is currently recording, the user will be added to the other project.

It is now possible to send ideas for improving employees' day-to-day desktop activities directly from a Task Mining trace to Automation Hub.

The Recording Client version 23.6 is now available.

Unassisted Task Mining: The Recording Client now supports users to record data for multiple projects. Users will receive a notification message and are invited to start recording after they joined the new project.

The new Recording Client also supports recording with multiple devices as long as both devices have a version with the latest architecture (versions after May of 2023).

We implemented minor improvements and bug fixes, as well as several optimizations which significantly improve performance.
Download and re-install the Recording Client to make sure you use the latest version of the Recording Client. You can re-use the download link from your original invitation email to download the installer.
The Recording Client version 23.6 can only be used for Task Mining in Automation Cloud™.
