Converting Unassisted Task Mining projects

If the new Unassisted Task Mining architecture is supported in your region (currently United States, Europe, and Japan), you can now try out our new enhanced project architecture by converting your existing Unassisted Task Mining (UTM) project to the newest version. This version includes enhanced AI-driven analysis capabilities and an improved user interface.

All UTM projects that are labeled “Legacy Project” on the homepage can now be converted to the latest architecture.

Note:

Converting will provide entirely new results that will not include annotations or step name changes that you made to your project.

After conversion, your existing project will be archived and no additional data can be added, but the original results can still be viewed.

Important:

If you wish to retain your data for your previous Unassisted Task Mining (legacy) projects, please convert them before the deadline. All projects should be converted by November 30th, 2023 as the conversion tool will only be available until then.
