Changing the project status

You can change the status of a project. This will help you to indicate where you are in the project. Below is an overview of the different statuses you can select for a project.

Status	Indicates that
Task review	the user is reviewing the tasks.
Completed	the project is completed.
Archived	the project is archived.

Attention:

The automatic statuses Analysis in progress or Analysis complete will override a manually set status. For example, you can manually set the status to Completed status when recording. When you then run an analysis, the status will automatically change to Analysis in progress or Analysis complete. If desired, you will have to manually set back to status to Completed.

Follow these steps to change the status of a project.

1. Edit the project, and select the Status field. A list of applicable statuses for the project is displayed.

2. Select the new status for the project.

3. If you edit an Assisted Task Mining project, check the privacy settings for the project.

4. Select Save.
