Notification Service integration

You now receive in-app notifications within the Automation Cloud™ portal for Task Mining events. You can further configure which notifications (in-app, email, or both) to enable, through the Notification panel. The notifications provide updates on relevant events related to your Task Mining projects, including:

• Recording

• Export

• Project switching

• Permissions

• Project analysis

You can manage your own preferences for opting in or opting out of these notifications from the user profile.

The Manage access page for Role assignments can now be opened from the Task Mining header bar.

New architecture for Unassisted Task Mining now available in Canada

The new architecture for Unassisted Task Mining, that was released in Europe, the United States, Japan, Singapore, and Australia regions in 2023, is now available in the Canada region. This new back-end architecture brings Assisted Task Mining (ATM) and Unassisted Task Mining (UTM) on the same architecture.

The change of architecture provides a new analysis engine that delivers more precise results (more valuable tasks) in a shorter amount of time (minutes, not hours), an improved actions panel and slideshow, and other benefits. It also comes with additional features, including Project Insights, and export raw data to .CSV format.
