[Preview] Autopilot Usage

The Autopilot Usage dashboard provides visibility into the usage of Automation actions. It offers insights into how your Automation actions are consumed across various levels, such as license type or user.

Note: For more information on Insights data retention, check the Data retention policy section.

Inside the dashboard, there are different widgets for you to work with. For example, in the Autopilot Dev & Test Usage Status widget, a graph tracks the total number of active and inactive users from a given license type and time period.

Filtros

You can filter the information from the dashboard based on the following:

• License Type: allows you to choose the types of user licenses included in the dashboard metrics:
  • Assistido
  • Citizen Developer
  • Automation Developer
  • Test Manager User
• Consumption Date Range: allows you to select a specific time period for reviewing Autopilot usage.

Métricas

Telha	Description
Autopilot Dev & Test Usage Status	Check the number of active and inactive users from the filtered license types.
Autopilot for Everyone consumption	Consumed Autopilot actions, grouped by month. The Entitlement vs Overage Consumption section displays the information regarding entitled and overage consumption in the form of a graphic. You can hover over the graphic for additional information: Month: consumption for a specific month. Total entitlement consumption: total actions consumed from the entitled Autopilot actions. Total overage consumption: total actions consumed over the entitled Autopilot actions.
