Orchestrator を v2018.4 から v2020.10 にアップグレードする

現象

ロングポーリングが無効化された Orchestrator を v2018.4 から v2020.10 にアップグレードした後も、v2018.4.6 の Robot が接続されポートが消費されたままとなり、ジョブの実行に失敗します。

次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。 Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program.

エラー メッセージの全文は以下のとおりです。

HubConnection start failed, err : StatusCode: 400, ReasonPhrase: 'Bad Request', Version: 1.1, Content: System.Net.Http.StreamContent, Headers:
HubConnection start failed, err : An error occurred while sending the request.
HubConnection start failed, err : An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full
System.OutOfMemoryException: Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program.

原因

ロボットがマシン上で接続されたままになり、マシン上の多数のポートを占有し、大量のメモリを消費していました。

解決方法

マシン上で Robot サービスを再起動してポートの占有をクリアし、メモリを解放します。
