Capabilities of the Passports ML package, a pre-trained model that extracts identity data such as name, nationality, and document number from passports, visas, and related travel documents issued by different countries.

Overview

The Passports ML package is a pre-trained model build to recognize and extract information from passports and related documents such as Visas, Diplomatic Passports, Military Passports issued by different countries.

Particularities

The model automatically detects data such as:

• Last Name, First Name, Nationality, Date of Birth, Birth Place, Sex,
• Passport Number, Issuing Authority, State.
