Getting Started with Insights Dashboards
Before using the Insights Dashboards, make sure that you meet the following conditions:
- Enable Document Understanding and Insights
services for your tenant.
Note: Insights dashboards are only available for Document Understanding and Insights on Automation Cloud™.
- You are using Studio v2022.10, or higher.
- You enabled in Studio the option for checking the telemetry data by going to Settings -> General → Telemetry → Send anonymous usage data.
- Have Robot send telemetry data.
- The Activities packages used in your workflows
must have one of the following versions:
- UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities v6.5.0, or higher.
- UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.ML.Activities v1.17.0, or higher.
- UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.Activities v2.2.1, or higher.
You can choose to visualize:
- The Document Understanding dashboard.
- The Document Understanding Processes dashboard.

Access the Document Understanding Dashboard to visualize metrics and charts about your Document
Understanding projects.
All Document Understanding projects are processed when generating these
metrics.
