Component Statuses

Status	Component Visible for	Description
Draft	Author	The author uploaded a component but does not submit it. The curator rejected the component in the curation flow with - needs update reason. The author submitted the component but then withdrawn it.
Submitted	Author Component Curators	The author has uploaded a component and submit it. The component remains in this state until the curation process is initiated.
In Review	Author Assigned Component Curator	The curator has picked-up the component from the Manage Components list and started curating it.
Published	All Users	The curator finishes the curation process and decides to publish the component.
Rejected Permanently	Author Component Curators	The curator finishes the curation process and decides to permanently reject the component.
Rejected Needs Update	Author Component Curators	The curator finishes the curation process and decides to send the component back to the author with recommendation for updates. The status is similar to the draft one, only that this one is used to warn the author that they need to update the component before submitting the component again.
Archived	Author Users who have downloaded the component	The author decides to archive the component from My Components - uploads.
