UiPath Task Capture 是一个流程发现工具，可帮助您直接获得员工对于自动化候选方案的详细见解。

UiPath Task Capture 基于捕获的数据构建全面的流程定义文档 (PDD)，该 Word 文档描述了现状流程机器 XAML（可在 Automation Hub 中轻松导出）。

Task Capture 可用的位置

可以从以下 Automation Hub 位置打开 Task Capture 工具：

• 提交员工推动的概念后显示的页面

  此页面包含概念分数和使用 Task Capture 记录提交的概念的选项。此选项适用于概念提交者。访问页面以了解更多信息。

• “自动化配置文件”页面下的“文档”模块

  The pages contain the documentation added to support the idea or automation submissions. The option to add documentation and use Task Capture for capturing processes is available only for the idea/automation submitter and users assigned with editing rights for the Documentation section.

使用 Task Capture 创建新流程文档

上述两个位置都会显示“使用 Task Capture 新建流程文档”卡。

单击“创建”后，您可以进行以下操作：

打开 Task Capture

单击弹出窗口中的“打开 Task Capture”按钮。系统随即会显示工具，让您能够开始捕获记录评估所需的流程。

如果 Automation Hub 中设置的语言与 Task Capture 中的语言不同，则 Task Capture 中会显示一条消息，允许您将 Task Capture 语言切换为 Automation Hub 中设置的语言。

备注：

The Task Capture tool will not open if you do not have it installed on your PC or if the version is lower than 20.4. To resolve this issue click the Download drop-down list and follow the steps from the Download Task Capture page.

捕获流程后，请按照以下步骤将其导出到 Automation Hub：

1. 在 Task Capture 中访问“导出和发布”，然后选择“Automation Hub”。
2. 系统将显示“正在上传”弹出页面。录制的 .ssp、.docx、.xaml 和 .jpg 文件将压缩为 ZIP 存档，并上传到 Automation Hub >“概念/自动化配置文件”页面>“文档”。
3. 上传 ZIP 存档后，系统将显示一条确认消息。可用的选项如下：
   • 复制路径 - 复制 ZIP 存档的 Automation Hub 位置路径。
   • 打开文件 - 打开存储流程文档文件的 Automation Hub 页面。

要打开随附的文档，请按照以下步骤操作：

1. 单击文件卡。

2. 单击“下载”。

3. 选择要保存 ZIP 文件的位置，然后单击“保存”。

4. 保存 ZIP 后将其打开。

5. 已记录的流程详细信息位于 .ssp、.docx、.xaml 和 .jpg 文件中。
