Studio user guide
Long Running Automation
Long Running Automation is a project template for modeling business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) concepts.
In Studio, go to the Templates tab in Studio Backstage View and select Long Running Automation. The New Long Running Automation window opens. Click Create after filling in the fields.
The default dependencies of a long running automation template are UiPath.FlowchartBuilder.Activities and UiPath.System.Activities.
The template uses a dedicated designer featuring specific activities which act as interconnected nodes. Each node can be configured in the designer or in the Properties panel. Some activities act as events that control process executions, while others act as placeholders for other activities and workflows.
