フィードバックのカスタム ルートを設定する

Use the SubmitAutopilotFeedback automation template to customize how Autopilot for Everyone routes your user feedback within your organization.

重要:

• この機能は、Autopilot for Everyone バージョン 25.7 から適用されます。
• The Send feedback using the SubmitAutopilotFeedback automation advanced setting must be enabled.
• You must preserve the name of the automation, as Autopilot specifically looks for the SubmitAutopilotFeedback automation when routing your feedback.

SubmitAutopilotFeedback オートメーション

このオートメーションは、以下のような構造化された入力を受け取ります。

• ユーザー/セッションのメタデータ
  • orgName
  • tenantName
  • version
• フィードバックの詳細
  • type (例: Thumbs_Up、Thumbs_Down)
  • category (例: Other suggestion)
  • feedback (ユーザーのコメント)
  • userPrompt (ユーザーが尋ねた内容)
  • robotResponse (what Autopilot for Everyone replied)
• モデルと詳細設定の構成

このデータは、Jira、内部データベース、分析パイプラインなどのシステムにルーティングできます。

1. Create or customize the SubmitAutopilotFeedback automation using the UiPath-provided template.
2. 対象ユーザーがアクセスできる Orchestrator フォルダーにオートメーションをパブリッシュします。
3. In Autopilot for Everyone admin experience, enable the Send feedback using the SubmitAutopilotFeedback automation advanced setting.
4. Optionally, disable sending feedback to UiPath by turning off the Send feedback to UiPath advanced setting.
