UiPath values data privacy and aims towards protecting all users right to privacy when sharing data while using the UiPath® AI Center product.

While using the AI Center framework, usage and performance data are being collected to help diagnose issues and respond in a timely manner to customer support requests.

Depending on the type of license used to perform the operations, specific, different legal agreements are in place for the AI Center Community and AI Center Enterprise users.

All AI Center Community legal requirements of data sharing/handling are covered by the Community Agreement, while the ones for AI Center Enterprise are covered by the Master Software and Services Agreement and the Data Sharing Agreement (for customers who have signed one).
